Ace Workplace Learning is a Matrix Accredited organisation, which delivers the National Careers Service contract. We are dedicated to providing a versatile, client-centred service which empowers people to recognise and fulfil their potential through the delivery of high quality advice and guidance and training programmes.

We believe in developing strong working relationships with our business partners and clients to ensure that we deliver a bespoke service to meet their needs.

We are committed to the ongoing professional development of our staff including regular assessment to ensure we can provide the high quality service which our clients deserve. All our advisers are trained to a professional standard.

Our Objectives

 

  • Providing high quality information advice and guidance to jobseeker claimants in partnership with Northampton Job Centre Plus and voluntary and community organisations to enable them to make successful transitions into education, employment and training.
  • Supporting members of the public in the career planning process by providing a range of appropriate careers education, information and guidance services.
  • Building effective partnerships with employers to develop their workforce through the provision of training and providing bespoke support for staff at risk of redundancy.
  • Providing a service which is accessible, impartial, confidential, efficient and free from discrimination by adhering to the codes of good practice and professional standards set by CDI.
  • Ensuring all delivery staff are qualified in line with national requirements and regularly undergo continuous professional development.
